St Andrewstide Service at St Giles
The Lord Lyon, the Officers of Arms, Green Rod, the Dean, and the Secretary to the Order, attended the Knights and Lady of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle at their St Andrewstide Service in the Thistle Chapel yesterday.

New Grant of Arms for Professor Paul Mealor
Professor Paul Mealor, the eminent composer commissioned by HM The King to provide some of the music for the Coronation, was presented by the Lord Lyon in the Northern and University Club of Aberdeen today with letters patent granting him arms. The artist was Nina Macpherson.
Per chevron Gules and Or three clarions two and one all counter-changed.
