Unicorn adds: Many people have been brought into the love of heraldry by Mark's exuberantly illustrated booklet Scottish Heraldry - An Invitation, published by the Heraldry Society of Scotland.
Mark's contribution both to the commissioning and the execution of the Royal Arms for the Scottish Parliament building was similarly immense and he has painted also the arms of TRH The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay as well as many wonderful funeral hatchments, including a splendid one for HM The Late Queen Mother, complete with pleurants supporters.
