 Ross Herald of Arms in Ordinary, John Stirling WS. was sworn in today by the Lord Lyon in the Scottish Parliament  in the company of Court Assessor  His Grace The Duke of Hamilton and Brandon, Rothesay Herald and Unicorn Pursuivant.
