Lyon addresses the Celtic Bishops

The Celtic Bishops Conference held in Inverness on 29th January was addressed by the Lord Lyon on the History of the Office of the Lord Lyon. Present were bishops from the Church of Ireland, the Church in Wales and the Scottish Episcopal Church.
