We note with sorrow the death in Canada of Gordon Macpherson, Niagara Herald Extraordinary, who designed so many beautiful heraldic bookplates to be found all over the world. May he rest in peace.
Gordon hand-painted the wall of Macpherson Arms in the Clan Macpherson Museum in Newtonmore.
